Shooting on the Sony A7IV in SLOG3, I've noticed quite a bit of noise in my 10 Bit 4:2:2 ProRes HQ footage at 800 ISO (Base/Native). When I compare 800 to 200 ISO footage, there's a significant reduction in that weird green/pink noise (see examples in the 800 ISO screenshot). The lack of noise in the shadows and on skin tones in the 200 ISO.

The two base ISO's for R4 are 100 and 320. Above 320 its practically iso-invariant. If you look closely at 100-320 range then it appears that is better to bump shadows in post rather than bumping iso up to 320 - but this is marginal and can be because of measurement errors.
